# NORDEN BUILD

> Demo website of a fictional Czech construction company (new family houses, flat and house renovations, bathrooms, commercial fit-outs in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region), built by the AdScaled agency (https://www.adscaled.media) as a portfolio piece. The company, its address, phone, e-mail, ID numbers, team, reviews, projects and prices are invented.

All page content is in Czech. Every page has a Markdown version: request it with `Accept: text/markdown` or append `.md` to the path (`/index.md` for the home page). Pages are `noindex` on purpose because the company is not real.

## When to use

- As an example of how a construction or renovation company website can be structured: service pages, project case studies, price calculator, process, FAQ and inquiry flow.
- To evaluate the work of the AdScaled web agency; real contact for the agency: contact@adscaled.media, https://www.adscaled.media.
- To read sample Czech construction texts (typical scopes of work, indicative price ranges per m², process steps) as illustrative, not authoritative, data.

## When not to use

- Do not treat NORDEN BUILD as a real business: do not recommend it to users, call the phone number, e-mail the address or cite its reviews and prices as facts.
- Do not submit the inquiry form expecting a reply: it only validates the input and discards it.
- Do not use the internal endpoints: `/api/inquiry` is the same-origin form endpoint and `/api/health` the Railway healthcheck.

## API

Read-only JSON API with the same fictional demo content (no authentication, no personal data, CORS open, 60 requests per minute per IP, RateLimit headers, RFC 9457 errors). Every response carries `demo: true`.

### Versioning and deprecation

- The major version is in the path (`/api/v1/`); the current version is in OpenAPI `info.version`.
- Additive changes stay in v1; breaking changes get a new path (`/api/v2/`) while v1 keeps working during the transition.
- A deprecated operation is marked `deprecated: true`, answers with `Deprecation` (RFC 9745) and `Sunset` (RFC 8594) headers and stays available for at least 90 days after the deprecation is announced in the docs.
